AT&T (and other US carriers) send wholesale partners a spreadsheet listing which IMEIs in a shipped lot are unlocked, locked, or marked UNLOCK_NOT_SENT. Reconciling that xlsx against your actual lot is tedious; figuring out which devices are orphans and need on-device unlock attempts is even more tedious.
Orphan Tracker is the pure-data subset of PhoneToolkit, lifted to the web. Upload the xlsx, get a dashboard showing every device by status, assign orphans to techs, track outcomes. No desktop install needed.
