KAKEL GAMES

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 June 2026
The short version. KAKEL Games are designed to respect your privacy. At launch, the games do not collect, share, or sell any personal information. Everything you do — scores, progress, streaks, settings — stays on your own device. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no third-party analytics or tracking.

This Privacy Policy explains how KAKEL ENTERPRISES LLC (“KAKEL”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the KAKEL Games portfolio — including Relic Match, Money Quest, Word Voyage, Brain Arena, and Time Runner (the “Games”).

1. Information stored on your device

The Games save your gameplay data locally on your device using standard device storage (browser localStorage within the app). This may include game progress, high scores, daily streaks, experience/level, and your preferences (such as sound and language). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us. If you uninstall a Game or clear its data, this information is deleted.

2. Information we collect

At launch, we do not collect any personal information. The Games do not require an account, do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, or any device identifiers for advertising.

3. Advertising and analytics

The Games contain no third-party advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs at launch. We do not build advertising profiles and do not track you across apps or websites.

4. Optional leaderboards (future feature)

We are designing an optional, anonymous online leaderboard feature that is not enabled at launch. If and when it is introduced, it will be opt-in and will work as follows:

Until this feature is released and you opt in, no gameplay data is sent off your device. This policy will be updated before any such feature goes live.

5. Children’s privacy

Some Games (notably Money Quest and Word Voyage) are family-friendly and may appeal to children. Because the Games collect no personal information, contain no ads, and include no third-party tracking, they are designed to be safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If an optional online leaderboard is introduced, it will be configured in line with applicable children’s-privacy requirements (such as COPPA and Google Play’s Families policies), including not requesting personal information from children.

6. Data security

Because gameplay data stays on your device, its security is governed by your device and operating system. Any future optional online feature would use encrypted (HTTPS) connections and store no personal information.

7. Your choices

You are always in control. You can reset a Game’s progress from its in-game Settings screen, and you can clear all Game data at any time through your device’s app settings or by uninstalling the Game.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Games evolve (for example, before enabling an optional leaderboard). The “Last updated” date above will reflect any change.
