These Terms govern your use of the KAKEL Games portfolio (Relic Match, Money Quest, Word Voyage, Brain Arena, Time Runner — the “Games”), published by KAKEL ENTERPRISES LLC (“KAKEL”). By installing or using a Game, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
KAKEL grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Games for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Games are licensed, not sold.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, redistribute, or resell the Games, and not to attempt to disrupt, cheat, or submit falsified scores to any optional online leaderboard. If you choose a nickname for an optional leaderboard, you agree not to use offensive, infringing, or personal-data content.
3. Intellectual property
The Games, including code, artwork, the KAKEL brand and marks, are owned by KAKEL and protected by law. Bundled audio assets are by Kenney and used under the CC0 license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. No warranty
The Games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAKEL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Games.
6. Changes and termination
We may update the Games and these Terms over time. We may suspend access to any optional online feature for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Games at any time by uninstalling them.
